We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, here is our return and refund policy.

Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Perishable goods (teas, spices, saffron) cannot be returned once opened, unless they are damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@kashmir-store.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  3. If approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Cancellation
