Steep 5–8 threads in 2 tablespoons of warm water or milk for 15 minutes to release the colour and flavour. Add the saffron liquid to rice, desserts, or warm milk. For therapeutic use, dissolve 3–4 threads in warm milk and drink at bedtime.
